edge accelerator

You spent 15 years earning that title. Then you left, and became your own assistant, IT, and pipeline.

You had the skills. You had the reputation. What you did not have was a system that runs without you.

The Edge Accelerator is 60 days to build it. One service, one price, one repeatable way to bring in clients, so the business stops being you doing everything at once.

Cohort starts Tuesday, August 4. Applications close Friday, July 31. Eight spots.

$97 to apply, credited toward tuition.

the bottleneck

Your Concur account is deactivated. The chair belongs to someone else now. And quietly, everything the firm used to do became you.

You used to have a team. A delivery model. A brand behind you when you walked into the room.

Now you run delivery, chase the pipeline, send the invoices, and price your own work with nobody to check the number against. You are good at what you do. The clients you have love you. And you still know, at 11pm, that you should be further along by now.

Here is the part most people get wrong about why.

You think it is a marketing problem. You think you need more leads, a better funnel, a louder presence. So you read another playbook and tweak another post.

Run the pressure test. If ten perfect clients showed up tomorrow, could you onboard all ten into the same service, at the same price, the same way?

If the answer is no, that is not a lead gen problem. That is a broken model.

If you are still billing by the hour, it gets sharper. Billing by the hour means you did not leave corporate. You just moved the office. At a firm, selling and delivery were balanced by a team. Now you are doing both, there are never enough hours, and you get paid only after the work is done.

The bottleneck is not your marketing. It is your the service model: the way your service is built, priced, and delivered so it runs on repeat instead of on you. That is the thing the firm used to own for you, and the thing nobody hands you on the way out the door.

The experts who grow fastest all fix this first. One service. One price. One delivery model. On repeat. Recurring revenue. Something worth buying again.

That is what you build in the Edge Accelerator.

free workshops

See the method before you apply

Before you put $97 down, you can watch the method run. I am hosting three free live workshops this month: Thursday July 16, Thursday July 23, and Thursday July 30. Each one is a working session, not a pitch. I build on Claude in front of you, the same way we build inside the cohort, and you ask whatever you want.

No application needed, and no pitch disguised as teaching. Come see how the work actually runs, then decide if the cohort is your next step. If it is not, you got a free working session and a straight look at how I operate.

the offer

The Edge Accelerator. 60 days to a service model that runs without you.

The next cohort starts Tuesday, August 4, 2026. Applications close Friday, July 31. Eight spots.

This is the method I have used to build and launch eight 7-figure service lines and businesses, including growing our last consultancy from $1.4M to $17.5M in three years. Same method every time. Condensed into 60 days. No fluff.

You do not learn theory and go figure it out alone. You build the actual thing, alongside me, on live coaching calls, using Claude and the Far Point Operating System, so you walk out with a working system, not a folder of frameworks. By the end you have a single packaged service with a price you can say out loud, a validated offer, a launch you have actually run, and the client conversations that turn it into revenue.

What is included:

  • 60 days of live group coaching with Preston. Two 90-minute sessions a week.
  • Three private 1:1 Momentum Check-ins with Preston across the cohort.
  • The full Far Point Operating System, built on Claude, set up to your name, your voice, and your work. By Week 4 you are running it yourself.
  • Every skill, framework, and worksheet, yours to keep and reuse after the cohort.
  • Your Coach Dashboard, your Drive folder of worksheets, and the cohort group chat.
  • Session recordings in your Drive folder if you miss one live.

Tuition is $4,997.

Here is how joining works. You apply with a $97 application fee. That fee puts a card on file and is credited toward your tuition, so it comes straight off the top. It is skin in the game, a small signal that you are serious. Once you are in, you pay the tuition in two halves: half when you join, half at the end of Week 4. You can also pay in full if you prefer. If you already know this is for you, the application fee lets you skip the call and check out.

There is no order bump and no add-on at checkout. One offer, one price.

the guarantee

The guarantee

Add $5K to $10K in new monthly recurring revenue by the end of your cohort. If you did the work and the revenue is not landing, I add you to my 1:1 coaching for up to 3 months, at no extra cost.

Real. Bounded. No open-ended promises.

Here is what I ask of you, because the guarantee depends on it. Show up to the live sessions. Do the homework. Use the Far Point Operating System with Claude as taught. The homework includes 3 to 5 real conversations with the best-fit clients already in your network. Those conversations are not optional. They are how the model gets validated and how the revenue shows up before you finish.

Do the work and the system works. That is the whole deal.

proof

Where this goes

These are people who started where you are, with real skills and no system, and installed one.

Tamar signed 7 new clients since February, with more in her pipeline. She did not run ads and she did not change what she was good at. She changed one thing: her service model. She runs Podcast Impact Studio and came in with real skills, a solid reputation, and clients who loved her work, but no repeatable way to bring in new business without hustling for every single one. Within weeks she had launched her new model. Clients came. Fast.

Alysse Bryson is the founder of Magnetic Media and The Sober Curator, and a former VP and Marketing Director. She built her brand on the side while working full-time, then left corporate and went all in. She graduated this same path and now leads Brand Strategy and Marketing at Far Point Strategy. She signed 20-plus new clients into her new service. "I have done more with my business in two months than in the three years I built it on the side."

Billy hit 20% year-over-year growth by focusing only on his best-fit clients. Even when outbound went to zero, his retention compounded. Fewer clients, more revenue, less stress.

Matt Sauri, Founder and CEO of Wimmer Solutions, was my client during my last six months there. Together we built a $15M managed service and $4M in PMO work. Same architecture I teach in this cohort, applied at scale.

That last part is the point. You start solo. You install the system. You grow into whatever you want next. The Edge Accelerator is the first rung. The Far Point Collective is where it goes from there.

And I am not teaching you from the outside. I left a VP and General Manager role to start Far Point Strategy from scratch in 2023, and went through the same thing you are going through: the deactivated account, the structureless first week, pricing my own retainer for the first time and feeling like the number was impossible to say. I run Far Point Strategy from my own laptop on this same Operating System. In the cohort, you watch me use it, and you build yours alongside me. I am a few steps ahead of you on the same road.

fit

Who this is for, and who it is not for

Apply if you:

  • Left a Director, VP, or MD level corporate role to go solo or fractional, or recently made that leap.
  • Have at least one paying client or a live pipeline. You are building, not starting from zero.
  • Are making real money already and know you should be further along: fractional execs replacing a six-figure salary, and recently-independent operators with early traction.
  • Can make the investment and are ready to commit to 60 days of real work.
  • Have the skills. You just do not have the battle-tested system yet.

This is not for you if you:

  • Have not left yet and have no clients or pipeline. The leap, or real traction toward it, comes first. We will point you to a better starting place.
  • Are looking for a course to watch on your own time. This is live, and it is built around showing up.
  • Are not in a position to invest right now. The price is the price. If it is a stretch, this is not your moment, and that is okay.
  • Want someone to hand you leads. We fix the model the leads flow into. That is the work.

The price holds on purpose. It is the filter. If the number makes you balk, this is probably not the right fit right now, and a balk is useful information for both of us.

faq

Questions, answered

What is the Edge Accelerator?
The Edge Accelerator is a 60-day live cohort program from Far Point Strategy for experienced executives who left corporate to go solo. Members build one service, one price, and one repeatable delivery model, working alongside Preston Peterman on the Far Point Operating System built on Claude. Tuition is $4,997; cohorts are capped at eight.
What do you mean by a broken service model?
A working service model is one service, built, priced, and delivered so it runs on repeat instead of on the founder. It is the thing the firm used to own for you, and the first thing you fix in the Edge Accelerator.
What is the time commitment?
Two 90-minute live sessions a week for 60 days, plus the homework: 3 to 5 conversations with best-fit clients already in your network. Most people say the homework takes a few hours total across the cohort, and the conversations are where the revenue starts.
What if I miss a session?
Sessions are recorded and posted in your Drive folder. The cohort is built around live coaching, not recorded watching; if you can attend less than half the sessions live, this is not the right fit.
Do I need to be technical or know Claude already?
No. You will not write code or need a developer. By Week 4 you are running the Far Point Operating System inside Claude yourself, set up to your name, your voice, and your work; we install and build it together.
How does payment work?
You apply with a $97 application fee that puts a card on file and credits toward your tuition. Once you enroll, you pay the tuition in two halves, half when you join and half at the end of Week 4, or in full if you prefer. That is the full set of options.
What happens after the 60 days?
You walk out with a working service model, a priced offer, a launch you have run, and the full Operating System, yours to keep. If you want to keep building, the Far Point Collective is the next step; if you want to run with what you built on your own, that is also fine.
How do I get in?
You apply with the $97 application fee, which credits toward your tuition. Not everyone who applies is a fit, and that is the point. If you qualify, you get a short call to make sure the cohort is right for you before you enroll; if you already know this is for you, the application fee lets you skip the call and check out.
When does it start?
The cohort starts Tuesday, August 4, 2026, and applications close Friday, July 31. Eight spots.
