far point collective

The business is real. It still runs on you.

You built something real. Clients pay you. Revenue is growing, $10k to $80k a month of it. But you're still the bottleneck. Proposals wait on you. Pricing lives in your head. Delivery slows down the week you take off.

The Far Point Collective is where the business stops running on you. One weekly cadence, a small room of CEOs at your stage, and a method for turning what you know into a business that runs without you in every seat.

the pattern

How it sounds from the inside

Every fit call starts with a version of the same three sentences.

  • "I am the bottleneck on every proposal."
  • "I am tired of pricing each engagement like it is a snowflake."
  • "I have the expertise, I do not have the system to repeat it without me."

Not a talent problem, and not an effort problem. The missing layer is the service model: the way a service is built, priced, and delivered so it runs on repeat instead of on the founder. That's the work the Collective does.

inside the room

A cadence, not a course

One 90-minute session a week. That's the spine. Some weeks it's a skill session, some weeks a mastermind, some weeks a hot seat where the room works one member's business in real time.

  • A monthly theme and a new tool. Each month goes deep on one part of the method and hands you the tool that goes with it: the Freedom Finder to see where you stand, the Service Bullseye to build recurring revenue on your best-fit clients, the Time Finder to pull hours back out of your week.
  • A 6-week planning cadence. Every six weeks you set the plan; the weekly sessions hold you to it. Progress stops depending on a good month.
  • The community portal and Knowledge Exchange. Session recordings, worksheets, frameworks, and a direct line to peers between sessions.
  • AI accelerators. Working tools built on Claude, so the systems you design run without adding headcount.

the method

One method under all of it

The Far Point Method aligns three pillars: Serve (your clients and service), Scale (your systems and operations), and Self (your priorities and life design). The point where all three intersect is your far point. Growth pulls the three out of alignment; a strong quarter in Serve usually gets paid for out of Scale and Self. The Collective is the cadence that keeps them aligned as the business grows, six weeks at a time.

What this builds

Billy runs a disability insurance brokerage. He narrowed to best-fit clients and grew 20% year over year, on 4-day weeks.

Katy Roberts runs a 7-figure brokerage from anywhere she wants to be, including a month in Portugal with the business running the whole time.

And the top of the ladder: Matt grew Wimmer from $1.4M to $17.5M in three years.

Matt's build happened in a private engagement. That door is small on purpose.

Price and fit

The Collective is $2,200 per month.

  • It's for you if you run a service business at $10k to $80k a month, you're coachable, and you implement between sessions.
  • It's not for you if you want content to watch instead of work to do, or you take more from the room than you give it.

The bar is simple: give as much as you get. A mastermind is only as good as the person in the next seat.

next step

See if the room fits

Apply, then book a fit call. We'll look at your business, your numbers, and what's keeping the whole thing on your back. If the Collective is the right room, you'll know by the end of the call. If it isn't, we'll say so and point you at a better next step. No pressure either way.
